Aiyana

The centaurs, more commonly known as horsefolk in their world, tend to live in semi-nomadic tribes scattered about the wide plains and plateaus. Born to one such tribe was Aiyana, whos name would come to fit her bright appearance. Of course not everything was sunshine and daisies in the tribal life, as conflicts over territory and resources did occur. It was when Aiyana was still young, that a surprise attack from a rival tribe wrecked havoc, and she was captured as one of the prizes. Brought back to their camp, she was given no choice but to live with her captor as his servant and future lover. It became her duty to take care of him anytime he wasn't out hunting or fighting, while tending to his property while he was out, and he was not kind to any disappointments.

Gradually she grew older, eventually reaching the age considered safe for sexual activity. Her captor wasted no time, having spent years waiting impatiently for this moment. It quickly became a regular practice, and thus no surprise when Aiyana began to struggle with the early symptoms indicating her pregnancy. Unfortunately her body growing heavier and more cumbersome made it more difficult for her to perform her duties, resulting in her treatment at the hands of her captor growing worse the more her pregnancy advanced. Finally one day she snapped and, with shaking hands, slay her captor in his sleep. Once the horror of what she'd done sank in, she quickly grabbed what little she thought she could survive with, and fled into the nearby woods.

It's any wonder that she managed to escape, given her heavily burdened state. Yet somehow she managed to evade the following days of search parties and put enough distance between her and the tribe to finally have a moment to catch her breath and think about her situation. She was now alone in a land she didn't know, without any experience in survival techniques, and carrying only the most basic of supplies. But there was no going back, and despite all her fears and worries, one thing she knew for certain was that she didn't want any of her children to have to live through what she had to. So she put on a brave smile and went about trying to survive.

Here's a more traditional monster girl then Anaesi, made early last year on a bit of a whim. While I'm not much of an equine person, there's always been something about the way they carry their babies that served as the perfect fuel for creating a centaur. Unlike my other characters, she has a fairly detailed backstory, but no epic tale after that, so I've considered her a side character. About two months ago I did hit some inspiration to work out the skeleton of a story for her though. Nothing long or particularly stand-out, but something nonetheless. With yuri, of course! <3

...She's also my only character who gives birth to the babies she's carrying, which may be of relevant note to some people since I often get asked about births.
